Have received five (5) calls from this number today asking about our Duquesne Light Bill. When I ask a question, they hang up. The call has a caller ID of Clairton, PA. Do not answer.
I just recieved a call from that number as well... fortunately i don't answer my phone if I dont know the number... and if they dont leave a voicemail its their own problem. guess if they really needed something they will call back!
I answered, only to get silence from the other end of the line. The phone number belongs to Level 3 Communications. When I called them, I got a polite employee who looked up the number and said it is actually used by Global Touch Telecom, (310) 806-4700. He encouraged me to call them and complain, and that if I did not get any satisfaction, to call Level 3 Communication's fraud line at (800) 348-5457. I am not going to go any further with this unless I keep getting calls.
I received a call from this number today but they didn't leave a voicemail. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers either. If it was important, they will leave a message. Hopefully they don't start calling everyday.
