Who called from 4125557878

Receive several calls and day. Even 2-3 calls/hour.  Caller ID says "Dir Asst PA"  Person calling has horrible broken English, can't even understand them.  Has something to do with power or PPL.  I hang up, but they keep calling.  Will try to block them.  I figure if it's important they would leave a message

Same as previous posters- indian man claiming to be from ppl and needs account information to apply discount.
