Received a call from this number in the morning. Caller ID listed "Oakmont, PA." Left no message. . . . I would not answer this number even if I was a First Commonwealth Bank Customer. First Commonwealth Bank is headquartered in Indiana, PA, and they have no branch office in Oakmont, PA, which is a suburb of Pittsburgh.
Phone number 412-557-9036 comes up as Oakmont, PA on my caller ID. I called the number back on my cell phone and Stephanie answered from First Commonwealth Bank. I asked where she was located, and she said Texas (RED FLAG!). I called First Commonwealth Bank and asked about 412-557-9036 from Oakmont, PA. I was told First Commonwealth Bank doesn't have phone number 412-557-9036, and it has been reported as a SCAM. Hope they prosecute this scammer.
This number hit the honey pot. I called First Commonwealth Bank back on this number. They do admit calling customers with this number, but not others. It could be a spoofed Caller ID or some malfunction in their telemarketing. In either case, BLOCK this number unless you are a First Commonwealth Bank customer.
