They are a debt collector, spoofing a PA number. They list both an Ohio and Michigan address. Once you identify yourself, they will hound you. If you don't identify yourself, they won't talk to you. From what I have read, they are really aggressive with their collections. Very rude and pushy. I know what this debt it for, and it is supposed to be under investigation by the original debtor. I pay my bills, but this one is personal. When a hospital charges me for services that were not administered, I will fight them all the way.
