Who called from 4125678050

Did not answer. Caller left message which was just a bunch of noise.

Same thing with me.  Machine picked up call and all you heard was static.

LOCAL CALL BACK displayed - automatically sounds fishy.  Answered and heard a bunch of noise, nobody said anything, then they hung up.

Tried to text back, comes back a landline
Tried to call, invalid phone number.

I did catch it in time this morning but could not get a response from the caller.

I switched cell phone carriers and the persone who obviously had my cell phone number prior was a DEADBEAT.  I know this because I still receive collection calls for him months later.  I have even changed my voicemail calling out Kevin Craft/Kraft advising callers telling them good luck on collecting debt from him but remove my phone number from your database.
