I received a call this morning at around 11am from this number. The message left sounded like hold music. It played a few seconds, stopped, started again for a few seconds, then stopped, and then a recorded voice said "We're sorry for the inconvenience, good-bye" and hung up.
I dialed the number back and the automated system said it was ERS???
I tried to find a company by that name in PA but couldn't really find anything so I have no idea who this is or what they wanted.
