same for me, it tells m the number isn't in service, what's going on?

I got a call from this number and the lady told me i won a 500 gift card a website i never heard of and then she said i needed to call back with info about my job. i didnt plan on giving her any information because i didnt even no what it was about and then i googled the number and found this.  So i calld back out of curiosity and my cell wouldnt even call the number. random.

Received call from this number and they didn't leave a message.  When I checked online I found this information and DID NOT return call.
