about lowering electric bills, starion energy. they call from various numbers multiple times a day most of them from mckeesport but this one is from bethel park. i filed a complaint with the bbb and the ftc for violating the do not call list, it was most likely useless to do so, it does not seem like the government takes any actions against these companies who violate the dnc list.
The BBB is not a government organization. You most likely gave them permission to call you by not opting out at your utility company. The proper place to report would be to your State Public Utility Commission and your State Attorney General's Office.
