This number called my husband saying they were calling from Experian and could lower our interest rate in our credit card, to 4%. They wanted the credit card number, expiration date, ect. My husband of course didn't given it to him. Just wondering if anyone got this far and what the outcome was.
They called my phone with a promise to lower my interest rate on my credit card they took the last four digits of my social security number and my date of birth and two credit card numbers was I just scammed and how can you help?
Yes you were just scammed!! Call your credit card companies immediately and cancel those cards and dispute any charges that were made after you were called. Also contact the three credit reporting agencies a place a freeze on all new credit and file a police report for Identify Theft.
Dirty Company they just scammed my friend , Do not give any info on a Phone to anyone . There is no golden rainbow of savings or a way to get lower interest rates . Call the police as soon as you get the call .
