Rang my cell this morning. This is the same area code as me so I answered, thinking it may be family or a friend calling from another phone. It was instead a taped message from "Rachel at Card Services." They've been a thorn in my side calling my lines for many years. I called her a word that rhymes with Witch and hung up. Could possibly have spoofed this number.
