When you pick this call, it goes to a automatic voice record that says its a business call from "UPMC" and gives a callback number and reference number to reach back! But when I checked UPMC contact info, it is diff than the one provided.. Seems fishy - probably a new way for spammers to get your identity and location!! Beware!!
When it gos to my voice mail, it does not say who they are and why they are calling, it just says it is a business matter. I finally called and it went to automated voice saying representatives are busy with other call, please wait for next available representative. I hung up. I know I am paying my bill to UPMC and have not missed a payment
