Called yesterday and today on my house phone. I used my google voice to disguise my cell and called back. One they answered they said thank you for calling back. this is the second time (this year) that I received an odd number above the that presumably called.

I turned off the answer machine while at home...and apparently forgot to turn it back on a couple days this week. Last week, I received many prank, scam or whatever calls from all over the US.. So far I've received 4.

As a note, the name he gave for who's calling isn't even a thing. It's either Pennsylvania state police or fraternal order of police or something similar. It is not an association.
