Some companies use surveys to see how they are doing, since no one will usually tell you that you are doing well, but they definitely let everyone know when they have a bad experience!
I purchased a new Honda 4 days ago and I received the 1st call today. I wasn't there to answer but there was no message left for me. When I gave my salesman my phone number I asked if it would be given out and he said "no" - it was just so he could get in touch with me. I gave him my protected cell number - my mistake.
They've called me around the same time the past two days.
I haven't answered yet, because yesterday I was in class, and I don't like answering unknown callers. I don't know why they would be calling me, considering I am a 15 year old kid, and I saw in the comments that it was Honda.
