Stating they are calling from Amerigroup Fl Medicaid plan and then they say my kids name and state they have member benefits to discuss with me. And give the 877 number call back... Seriously, if they wanted to give me this info, they would mail me an info packet or have someone call...it's a state assisted plan and they are all about getting a hold of you when they need something. I'm not calling this number back.
Just received a similar robo message. First part cut off, but did hear call this 877 number. Went to check it on web and found this message board. I am also a Kaiser member in Calif.
it's automated kaiser calling to members to let them know of new information perhaps about their memership, etc. i never called them back. but it is pretty persistent calling almost daily...then stops...then starts calling again...
