This is a good call. It is automated but it is for a customer service survey from Humana Dental and I use them for my insurance and it seems each time you call them or if your dentist is contacting them for you coverage in the case my dentist calling today to set up my work. NOT to be alarmed. They are just getting customer feedback and it seems to be a routine call for this company. Humana is cool to deal with as I am finding out and if you need their insurance it is GOOD!! Finally not some telemarketer calling all odd hours.
