One of a long list of numbers calling from the 412 area code that we've been bombarded with for weeks. As with all the others, there is no message when my answering machine picks up.
Call came in 3:00 pm on Sunday September 18th 2016 I did I answered the phone and caller hung up. I trace the call, and returned the call and asked if he j just call my house. first he started to say he called in error in I don't know why he changed his mind but instead he said he was Joe Collins from the police department I said you just ruined my day so do not call me for anything by then I had realized that it was a prank call and stated listen do not call me for anything and I hung up. Please get these guys.
