Who called from 4127292886

Steel Valley resident getting calls from this number this week. My name says how I feel about it. The a**h*** doesn't say anything when I answer my phone.

My spouse answered this phone call and said it was a batty (disoriented sounding) female saying, Is this Duquesne? Is this Duquesne?

shows as Clairton PA on caller ID. I don't answer calls when I don't know the number. Left no message. Will continue to ignore.

Caller asked for the person who's name in on Duquesne Light bill.  We are not Duquesne Light customers.

Calls and can hear noise in the background, but does not leave a message.  Has done so multiple times.
