I've so far received 3 calls from this person. No one left a message, at least not yet. I don't answer for numbers out of my state or numbers I do not know.
They've called me multiple time in the past week. They never leave a message. I refuse to answer or return a call for a number I don't know and that won't leave a message so I know if it's something I need to take care of right now.

got my first call from this number at 11:00am Eastern on 3-5-2012. Since then I've received a total of 9 calls from this number... that's 9 calls in 26 hrs time...
I called them back. A lady answered and said she was with the Art Institute of York. She said she was calling Carol Holstein (I don't know anyone by that name) in regards to information she requested about courses at this supposed institute. I asked why she didn't leave a voicemail... she gave some ridiculous response which made me so angry that I can't even recall what exactly she said.
I told her to remove my number from "Carol Holstein's" account, as it is not here number. The lady said "no problem, I'll remove it right now." Will see if I get any more calls from these clowns...
