I received a call from this no. CID showed Tax Help Center. If an unknown no. shows up on CID, I block it on second ring.
If they call back, they hear a fast busy signal!! Blocking is so much fun for these calls.
Called today, I did not answer, since I do not know anyone with this area code. Called ID said "Tax Help Center" . Why would I need tax help? I already have a tax preparer, that I have used for years.
The person on the voicemail said his name was Cal and he wanted me to get a message to Tymetrius . he used a fake name with my last name. said i was listed as a contact and he had an address discrepancy and need to get some legal documents to him. I have no idea who that is for one. definitely do not trust this number. how do you go from a research center to legal firm etc. he was well spoken American accent. among others as seen in the complaints. I suggest to all getting a callblock.
I got a call just now from them about tax help. I picked up and they said things like "you may qualify for tax debt relief " and " call now before tI met runs out" it was a recording. Sounds very much like a scam. I don't have tax debt; so why would they call me?
