I'd says Outreach Associates. Never leave message. Picked up once and there was No One there. They have been calling repeated for last several weeks! Today Told them upon answering to Please Not Call Again!
They (a he) using the Name "Outreach Associates" have called us so relentlessly in the past 2 months that we finally contacted the phone company and changed our old unlisted/unpublished phone number to a new unlisted/unpublished number. I can't figure out why they (a he, again) called and asked for me using my maiden name - we don't owe anyone money or anything like that, so we were freaked out. How and why did he keep calling? When we called them back it just rang and rang. Thank God for Caller ID! What a weirdo!
