REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL LIST

I received a call from this number at 8:35pm on August 12, 2010.  Caller ID showed Outreach Assoc.  I answered out of curiosity and a woman asked to speak with me, using my full name.  I asked who was calling and she hung up.  What can be done about this?

Called at 5:38 PM on Saturday.  Left no  message when my  answering machine picked up.  I'll be blocking the number in the future.
