i get one call a day from this number, and it started happening shortly after i changed cell phone carriers. i don't know if there's a connections, but it seemed odd. when i answer, the line sounds dead. i even say "hello? hello?" but no response.
I get a call from this number (8571) and/or 412-773-8574 almost daily.. .. sometimes 2x a day. When I first picked up, not knowing who they were, I told them I was not interested. Since then, I have left a message on their recording telling them not to call my number from this or any other phone. (Recording says Outreach Associations, a donor organization). They continue to do so. I am just ignoring the call when I see a Pittsburgh no. or Outreach Associates on the caller ID for the time being, but it is still harrassing! If someone finds out how to stop them, please post. If they are truly out to raise money for a legitimate cause, they are going about it the wrong way to get attention from me.
