I got this suspicious text message; 389vcb94exliw_ Please DO NOT IGNORE. Delivered by Bank OF America. Call our office 412 795 1030 THANK YOU VERY MUCH. ...."
Says call is from Bank of America. They need 4 minutes of my time, and they regret this.
Really..
I do not bank with them.
Who can this BS be reported to?
For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Report your callers here, not just to the DNC alone:
For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse.
By State DNC lists:

If they can't even spell the name of the company correctly... "Bank of Ameirca" it is no doubt a scam. Most B of A numbers are 1-800's numbers. I found this info on another site:
Phone number: 412-795-1030
Name: Sabat John C
Address: 106 Alcan Dr, Pittsburgh, PA, 15239
Its exchange 795 is managed by VERIZON PENNSYLVANIA, INC - P.
The number is currently on switch number PEHLPAPHDS0 (switch is a technical specification for phone hobbyists) .
I'm going to report it to Bank of America directly.
