called me i said hello no one answered. called the number back its not in service dumb [***] scammers

Called an i said hello. No one answered. It hung up.

I didn't answer the call but my answering machine picked it up.  There was silence then a beep and it hung up.  Almost like they were waiting for ME to leave a message.....strange.

I've received several of these annoying calls. I can hear alot of background noise (on my answering machine) and on one call a girl was making funny comments and hung-up. I received another call last night at 9:00. I picked up and a woman asked, "Hello?" Again, alot of background noise. I hung up.

the same as others. they call at any time and either thay don't answer or they hand up whenI say hello. I just want it to stop
