Who called from 4128000480

Caller with thick accent said his name was Clark.  It sounded like he referred to himself as an image consultant, but not sure.  Left message with no reason why he was calling me.

woman called, just repeated ,,hello about ten times and hung up. scammers

calls several times a day including holidays
never leaves a message

Repeated calls from here- we are on do not call list and have told them not to call
