called this number back as i received a call from them today.  They answered as "diversified consultants".  They were trying to get a hold of the person who had my number before i did.  advised me they would take my number out of the system.  We'll see.  According to a quick google search they are a third party collector.  Try doing what I did, call them back and have your number removed.
