I just missed a call from this number.. They didn’t leave a message, but after reading the above comments I believe it is FedEx. Makes sense because I just opened a Business shipping account with them.
Picked up this call and it ended up being a FedEx sales agent. For once, I looked forward to a sales call as we use both UPS and FedEx. By moving most of our shipping to them doubled our savings...
Called me this morning at 6AM, completely inappropriate, since when I opened an account with them over the weekend, I gave them my WEST COAST address, so there is no reason to be calling that early. Very poor customer service. I didn't answer, since I didn't know the number and didn't receive a message.
