This is a fax that calls me every ten minutes.  REALLY ANNOYING.

Received a call from this number yesterday, Dec 9, 2008. It comes up as out of area. They left no message.

Its the VA hospital you dumbie

One of the previous posts is correct (if overly sarcastic).  It is the main number of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Pittsburgh, PA.  I am a veteran and have no idea why they call without leaving a message.  Returning a call to 412-822-2222 is useless since you have no way of knowing who in their vast beauracracy called you in the first place.
