Human being on phone, knew my name, somehow knew I was interested in insurance. Could be a lucky guess; maybe lurking on some website that I went to first instead of healthcare.gov; I don't know. Didn't say much, basically making sure I was who I was, then hung up. Caller ID readout says only "Pennsylvania"; the 412 area code is local to where I am.

Got 4 calls from this number in a row, 3-5 seconds apart.  No message left and would not respond to why he called on call back.

Call keeps coming thru very 5-10 min says nothing. ...does not leave message beware

I'm sure this is a call about one of the insurance quotes I looked at last night but when I pick up they don't say anything and don't leave a message.
