Who called from 4128940442

They have called me 6 times and never left a message

Yep. I got a call too, this afternoon. No message. When I dialed it back, this evening,  it says the number is out of service/ disconnected.  ?!?!?

I keep getting these call too. No one is there and you call back and it's disconnected

Had many calls - today someone was there - Duquesne Light - but I did not wait to hear their pitch - told them I was not interested and hung up.   Hope that ends the calls.
