Just got this, allegedly from Anthem Blue Cross. With all the identity thieves out there, this is an idiotic way to do this. As far as I know its some scammer using an phone bot phishing to get my personal info.
"Hello, This is Kaiser Permanente calling for *___* we don't want you miss out on some ways we could help you manage your health. Call us back so you can learn more, the number is toll free 1(855)275-1855 thank you and have a great day - Good Bye!"
Same. Garbled message, the beginning was cut off. But the rest - and the call back number - are the same.
I've been getting a call every evening for a few days now.

Be wary of returning calls from unknown callers.
There's a scam, asking you to call 800 number and it ends up costing you mucho money (used to be somewhere in Ukraine, but it can be anywhere)
