Annoying automated message from a voice-activated system. They never understand my voice for some reason, nor my husband's, and pick up every background noise as if it was one's response. I called it back and it was a survey/friendly suggestion to use kp.org.
Worst of all (to me at least), it ended with the cloying suggestion to surround myself with happy people and get happy and thrive. Made my blood boil and made me feel like throwing up. I called Kaiser's customer service at 1-800-813-2000 to complain.
Considering I don't know anyone in Pennsylvania, I didn't answer it. Probably another political nobody making minimum wage. The poor sap should get a life.
Kaiser calling with "important information for (my name)". Left a number to call back to verify the phone number they called to but none were a match...
Stupid Kaiser using stupid unregistered numbers you can't verify online. Just wasted 15 minutes verifying it was a legit call with Kaiser Member Services. Please call Kaiser and complain about their ongoing idiotic practice of doing this.
