Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Called me 5 times the first day, finally left a voicemail stating they were trying to contact someone who is not me. I called back, spoke to a representative and told them they had the wrong number for who they were looking for and asked to be taken off their calling list. Called me back an hour later, and I spoke to another representative who stated he would take me off their calling list. This number continues to call me every morning at 8AM. I spoke to a representative a third time this morning, again asking for my number to be removed from their calling list. I'll have to see if the calls stop yet...
