if you answer, it's a recording in a british accent saying "we're so glad you answered! we'll get you to an account manager straight away!" but no company name is given - when you call back from a blocked number, you get the same recording saying "we're so glad you called, we'll get you to an account manager straight away!" but again, no company name is given.

We Refuse to pick up and there is never a message.  suspect it's crap phone calls that once you answer, they sell your number.
