Called Public Power at 888.354.4415 to complain about the PA Do Not Call list and about how unethical it is to call without properly identifying oneself and one's purpose for calling. When you call the "McKeesport, PA" number, it pretends to be a survey company and gives no indication of who the company is. The CSR at their corporate office seemed genuinely surprised but I'm sure her bosses are fully aware of the smarmy sales tactics.
I received numerous calls from this # and #'s close to it.
I have called & a message states if you want to be removed from their call list, press one and enter your number. It doesn't work . . .they still call and you can't get anyone on the line.
