Who called from 4129274765

I got a call from this number and the person slammed the phone down. I don't recognize it.

this is a debt collector apaerently using his cell phone to try to collect a debt instead of calling from the autmated system he is rude and obnoxious

got a call from this number...picked it up and was just a dial tone, called back and the person said something about debt collecting and said he had to transfer call...waited and then someone answered and asked who i was....so I asked who he was , and then he hung up........sounds fishy to me
