This number appeared after 11 pm. recently. Phone rang repeatedly. Did not answer unfamiliar number. I have been successfully blocking numbers or ignoring numbers on both my landline and my cell. Hardly any calls are showing up on landline caller I.D. Days go by without annoying telemarketers or scammers calling. Blocking and/or NOT answering the unknown numbers works! Teleplex is an answering service in Pittsburgh, PA. They're not a telemarketer. If they're calling you, chances are either your phone number belonged to someone else before you got it (Dr, lawyer, HVAC/plumber), or for whatever reason, they have the wrong number.
Likewise, if you're in the area stretching from Pittsburgh to Erie and call a company, chances are the on call for that company is having the answering service call you on their bahalf.
