They call and hang up.  It's getting annoying.  Who are they?

looks like just outside of pitts pa...left a message of background conversation on my machine.

Unlisted landline near Pittsburgh.  They asked for someone who does not live here.

I have been receiving calls from this number for about two weeks now.....wish it would stop!

I continue to receive calls from this number on my cell phone.  No message is ever left so I can be fairly certain that it is SPAM.  Does the do not call list even help with these annoying calls?
