I called them back and they indicated it is something called South University, which is a online type university to earn different degrees. The lady was polite however, but said my wife had filled out a form online to either finish her programs she had taken physically here in Houston years ago, or start up new ones. Hope this helps, sure wished these folks would simply have balls to ID themselves sometimes to avoid creating ill will, or appearance that they are scammers, nigerians, telemarketers
