Who called from 4129952871

This number will first call my cell phone and then when I don't answer it will call my daughters cell phone and won't leave a msg.  We do not answer calls from unfamiliar numbers on our cell phones.  Further more we don't know anybody in Pennsylvania which is where this area code is.  I find it a bit weird that it has both me and my daughter's phone #'s.

called about 5 times yesterday - on my cell while I was at work - can't answer - I called the number back and held for 15 minutes - nothing but music.....

Called my gf 12 times nothing but music I called nothing but music we need to report them

who do you report them to if you don't know who they are?
