The prefix (exchange, really) is irrelevant here: it's the area code you need to consider. Area code 413 is central MA. There are several exchanges in that area code.
My VERIZON PHONE BOOK says this "203" exchange is EASTHAMPTON, MA, NOT the three towns mentioned above. Found a 'missed call' on my pre-paid cell today from this number. No VM set up on purpose to avoid spam msgs.
Unsure if innocent wrong # or scammer. Not going to call back to find out; I have to pay for each & every precious minute used.
Strongly suspect the political calls have begun. Lord help us!
I don't answer unknowns, but 203 is a Connecticut prefix. No message left. And scammers can spoof any number so it doesn't really matter what the phone says.
