I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. I get a lot of calls and no one is there or a recorded message, the usual one coming in now begins, "If you are up to date with your utility bills..." I don't listen further.
I live in NYC and received a call from this number (saw number on my caller ID). I did not recognize the number and did not answer the call. What I do know is that Area code 413 is the area code for western Massachusetts.
This unidentified caller is calling from Springfield, Mass. to be more exact.
