Same here, 6 months apart.  Maybe a legit call (even with no message left).  The scammers tend to beat a # to death and then move on to another one.

Whatever.  Told the woman to go F' herself.  Yesterday I believe I told a legit Podiatrist the same thing.  Oops!!!!
