caller was a scam artist looking for a pay day. called my mother's cell phone so i took it over from her and stalled the guy until she confirmed her brother was ok. He claimed that his brother "a gang fugitive who was wanted for 2 murders" and that he would hold my uncle captive until we wired $2000 to his brother. at first he was saying that he was just trying to "help me out" and if we go to western union and wire the money he will make sure that my brother is returned to us. but when i started talking him in circles he threatened to kill my uncle. how many people out there are going to fall for this. my poor mother almost had a heart attack. good thing she still had her wits about her. wish there was something more we could do than just put a complaint on here.
