I received a call from this number. He would not say what he wanted or why he was calling. Wouldn't answer my questions. He also called the night before from a California number. He had a foreign accent. Spoke broken English.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number. Caller had heavy foreign accent. He knew my name and home address. Said he was with United/Federal Home Improvement and wanted to sign me up for "free home improvements", and asked what kinds of home improvements I wanted to do next. I told him I do all of my own home improvements myself and hung up.
I got a call from this number. Sounded like a 14 year old and he was giggling. I could hear others in the background giggling too. He asked to speak to the homeowner and I hung up because I knew it was just harassment. I would like for them to not call me again.
