I got the same message and I had to fill out information, but could not bring up the web site. But I was also to call the same number to win $50.00
It is a scam!,,
The message said, "Congratulations! You have been selected as this week's British Columbia winner! Go to htpp://canadian.coolsms.info to claim your prize! (expires in 24 hrs)"
Pretty sure its a scam, i just ignored it. The number was 1.413.301.4297
I got the same text msg sent to my phone."Congratulations. You are today's winner in British Columbia - asking me to go to a website to claim my prize."
do not reply ,it will cost you $19.95 its a scam !! and you will never see your 20 bucks back your cell companies are obligated to pay these people why i dont know. then its you who has to fight the 3rd party people for your money back
