They have called us a few times and left no message, so we called back. They were nice enough. They claim it's a home improvement company located in the Holyoke, MA area cold calling potential customers who likely put their name on a contest registration or spoke to someone at a BJ's or Costco type of store. We didn't do any of those things and we live about 80 miles away from that area so we don't have a clue how they got our number. They said we would be removed from their list.

I called them - YANKEE HOME IMPROVEMENT - on my cell to save on long distance on my land line BUT I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM To **ONLY** Call me back on my landline. They DON'T seem to LISTEN or FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TOO WELL, so I think I'm going to DROP them from my list of potential home improvement companies.
Also, I called a day in advance to CANCEL an appointment because an immediate family member had gone into Hospice Care that day. "Matt" said "Oh, Really?" like his didn't believe me. The family member passed away the next day (day of the appt.) NICE ATTITUDE for a family in crisis and grief.
They are Not too professional. Not going to do business with them.
