I received a text from this number trying to place an order from my restaurant located in CT for a future date. Very Weird. Said they were hearing impaired but it sounded very strange. Then all of of a sudden, after I asked if they had the correct restaurant in mind, the texts stopped.

We had the same situation at our restaurant. It is a scam. They placed an order for 100 of the same meal to be picked up at a later date using the same phone number you listed. It is definitely a scam.
