Who called from 4133465447

I received a call on my land line from 413-346-5447 I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, and a few minutes later I received a call from 413-346-5472 on my cell phone.  I'm assuming they are connected calls, and I had blocked the 5472 # on my cell.  This is really strange that they have both my cell & landline numbers.  And I also am on the Do Not Call list for both lines, Useless.  Lately I've been getting more and more calls like this.

They left a msg saying that I qualify for a lower electric rate.  Oh boy.  Dont these kind of calls fall under the do not call list?  Grrrrrr

Checked this using Mr. Number,  Found out it is illegal.  Spam Score Today=60%.  Hit these fools with Do Not Call They will deal with these illegal calls

FEMALE CALLER said that I was eligible for a PUBIC Electric Discount for SENIORs only.

This must be a JOKE since today is APRIL FOOLS DAY !!

But the only FOOLS are these people who HARRASS Seniors.
This SCAM is done to get SENIORS IDENTITY info !!!
