Who called from 4133468778

this number has called me every day fro the last week several times a day using various number called the number back 2 seconds after the last phone call and i got a recording saying wireless costumer is no longer in service ... horrible

they keep calling and don't leave a message. told them i am on dnc list  but doesn't seem to phase them

if i hear the phone ring in the middle of the night i answer it and i here static i know its some scary person

Repeat calls from this number -- no answer on machine, if I pick up, no one is there at all, several clicks and then nothing. 5 minutes later they call again. Over and over and over.

Once I told them to stop calling that I was on the DNC list, they upped the calls only minutes apart.  Told me they are American Solar Program.  Caller ID says ST P.  Asked for a supervisor they tell you that you are speaking to one.
